  1. Download Sterling’s Personal Mobile Banking app in the App Store or on Google Play
  2. Once the app has downloaded and open, select “First Time User? Enroll Now”
  3. Complete the “Enroll in Online Banking” screen
  4. Log In using the User ID and Password just created, accept the Terms and Conditions and set up your multi-factor  contact information
  5. Next you are going to select and answer 5 Security Questions
  6. Once completed, you are all set!

Between 11/1/2020 and 12/31/2020, $1 will be donated to Operation Homefront each time a consumer performs one of the following qualifying transactions:

1. Add and Pay a New Bill Pay Payee. New Payee must be added during the campaign time period, payment must be scheduled and complete during campaign time period and Bill Pay payment must be $10 or more. 2. Set up a new Autopay or Recurring payment. 3. Add and Pay a new Zelle contact. New Zelle contact must be added during campaign time period Zelle transaction must be scheduled and complete during campaign time period, Zelle transaction must be $5 or more and qualifying Zelle payments must be paid to a person different from the Zelle account holder. 4. Add and Complete an Inbound Transfer from a New External Account. New External Account must be added during campaign time period, Inbound Transfer must be scheduled and complete during campaign time period and Inbound Transfer must be at least $50 moved from New External Account into a qualified account with the Client.

Maximum donation is $25,000 total for all campaign participants throughout 2020.  Your Sterling National Bank (“Sterling”) account must be in good standing.

Business accounts are excluded. Employees of Fiserv, Inc. and of Sterling and their respective parent and affiliate companies, as well as board members and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
